An abstract expression of happiness. It brings color and joy to your home. Antonio Wehrli created this artwork with a self-built centrifugal machine. Thanks to centrifugal force, the color flows from inside out and creates an array of beautiful mixtures with a myriad of yellows, blues and and many other colors on a golden background.
Antonio Wehrli first paints the color with his Tai-Chi wave style onto the vinyl record, then he starts the rotation. It is similar to spin paintings but has the difference of not adding colors while the vinyl is turning but painting the colors several mm thick onto the LP prior to turning.
